The Athlete

The Athlete is the total package. This is for the individual looking to take his or her sport performance to the next level through means of training adaptations related to cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and/or endocrine response and proper nutrition. Whether a weekend warrior or college athlete, this package will be individualized to meet specific needs and training status. Train like an athlete! 


What’s included:


  • Initial Consultation (interview, further discussion of goals, scheduling considerations)


  • Needs Analysis (general physiological and biomechanical profile, common injury sites, position-specific attributes, training status)


  • Physical Testing and Evaluation (relevant sport specific valid and reliable testing to evaluate and objectively measure progress and provide improved exercise prescription)


  • Specified Training Modes and Exercise Selection (aerobic endurance training, resistance training, plyometrics, speed, agility, flexibility, and/or body composition)


  • Appropriate Training Plan (Periodization) related to Sport Season (frequency, intensity, volume, duration, rest periods, recovery)


  • Nutrition Strategies to Maximize Performance (exploration of nutrition handout, macronutrient prescription, nutrition timing, hydration)


  • Weekly Check-in (accountability, program adjustments as necessary, updates)


  • 24/7 Email Support (questions, comments, concerns)
