The Eats

The Eats is a nutrition based only program that will allow one to progress toward their performance, health, and wellness goals through appropriate diet considerations. This package is best for those who already have a training program in place looking to improve performance, those who are looking to improve body composition with either weight gain or weight (fat) loss, or those looking to gain a better understanding of nutrition to improve overall health and lifestyle. Through detailed individual macronutrient prescription, suggestions on food selection, and guidance on diet adherence, you’ll be equipped maximize progress toward your goals. It is not a secret that you cannot out train a poor diet. 


Note: I am considered a sports nutrition coach. If you are experiencing health problems related to nutrition, contact your physician or a registered dietician. This program does not provide specific meal plans. Instead, it provides macronutrient prescription and incorporates flexible dieting for improved diet adherence and reduction in diet burnout.

  • Weekly Check-in (accountability, program adjustments as necessary, updates)



  • 24/7 Email Support (questions, comments, concerns)
