The Fat Burner is the ideal program for the individual looking for weight (fat) loss while maintaining and potentially progressing lean body mass. This program utilizes resistance training with a focus on muscular hypertrophy/strength to maintain and potentially progress muscle mass. Accompanied by optimal nutritional considerations, improved body composition will be achieved. This package will be individualized to meet specific needs and training status.
