The Wellness Check is for the individual looking to gain a better understanding on principles related to exercise, nutrition, and overall healthy choices. This program is perfect for those with time restraints and limited access to equipment. With a cardiovascular/muscular endurance training focus and exploration of improved nutrition habits and strategies, one can expect improvements in health markers, energy, stamina, and self-confidence. This package will be individualized to meet specific needs and training status.
What’s included:
Initial Consultation (interview, further discussion of goals, scheduling considerations)
Physical Testing and Evaluation (relevant valid and reliable testing to evaluate and objectively measure progress and provide improved exercise prescription)
Exercise Mode and Exercise Selection (general cardiovascular and resistance exercise, circuit training, and/or body weight exercise)
Appropriate Training Plan (Periodization) for Muscular Endurance (frequency, intensity, volume, duration, rest periods, recovery)
